Thanks for stopping by. What, you’re not a fan of Bikram Yoga Alpharetta? The “yoga nazi” experience is certainly not for everyone. I don’t know of any other “hot” yoga in the Roswell area but do like the major difference between Atlanta Hot Yoga and the standard Bikram classes. I would recommend a trip to Vinings if that is available.
Ashtanga classes are hit and miss. Lots of people call any vinyasa class “Ashtanga” and that works for most. Traditional Ashtanga bumps up against some of the same rigid aspects that make Bikram totally un-fun. I would look for some teachers that get really good reviews and see if they offer classes nearby. I haven’t taught in a couple of years now because I’m too busy being a dad.
