Thanks for stopping by.  What, you&#039;re not a fan of Bikram Yoga Alpharetta?  The &quot;yoga nazi&quot; experience is certainly not for everyone.  I don&#039;t know of any other &quot;hot&quot; yoga in the Roswell area but do like the major difference between Atlanta Hot Yoga and the standard Bikram classes.  I would recommend a trip to Vinings if that is available.  
Ashtanga classes are hit and miss.  Lots of people call any vinyasa class &quot;Ashtanga&quot; and that works for most.  Traditional Ashtanga bumps up against some of the same rigid aspects that make Bikram totally un-fun.  I would look for some teachers that get really good reviews and see if they offer classes nearby.  I haven&#039;t taught in a couple of years now because I&#039;m too busy being a dad.
